SUMMER SUPPORT

Group will hold space for individuals struggling and looking for connection and extra support, including but not limited to mood, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, grief, oppression, and trauma. This group will draw from drama therapy, creative arts therapy, embodied, and somatic processing. As we meet in the park, we will incorporate meditative, mindful, and nature inspired activities. Options will be given for Wednesday & Thursday meeting times beginning July 2022. $75 per group / $450 for all 6 weeks.
