the nest
a place for healing, a place for building, one branch at a time, one twig at a time
from your home or garden, or anywhere in between - all virtual at this time

the nest is here for those seeking repair after and through attachment trauma, such as betrayal, infidelity, separation and divorce, sudden break up, loss or grief, abandonment or neglect, or other relational rupture. Whether navigating family or relationship conflict, loss of relationship, intimate partner betrayal, or emotional violence, you don’t have to do it alone. the nest can be with you to carry the weight, until it feels lighter, and less painful. You can heal from this.

rebuilding your nest

when a branch breaks it snaps. falls from its source. disconnects from its roots. becomes, alone, fallen. is the branch in pain? does it want to return to its limbs? does it want to be left to settle, transform?

broken attachments, relational ruptures, loss and grief, are at the heart of the nest. reconfiguring, redefining, rebuilding life after and through trauma; restoring a sense of home, safety, and comfort within and around you; unweaving and reweaving and weaving again…

the energy, the effort, the strain…

the nest is here to do this with you.

we know how hard it is, and, how uplifting it can be.

You can grieve what you lost, and become whole.
