CENTRAL PARK THERAPY GROUP 

FOR ADULTS

THIS GROUP INVITES YOU TO CONNECT & CREATE IN COMMUNITY. GROUP WILL MEET FOR 4 WEEKS IN CENTRAL PARK, NYC, LED BY ATARA VOGELSTEIN, LCAT.

Group will hold space for individuals looking for connection and extra support, including but not limited to experiences around mood, anxiety, life transitions, seasonal change, relationships, self-esteem, grief, and trauma. This group will draw from drama therapy, creative arts therapy, embodied, and somatic processing. As we meet in the park, we will incorporate meditative, mindful, and nature inspired activities focused on restoring or deepening connection to the self and others.

Group will gather on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15pm beginning September 2nd, 2025

(skipping September 23rd for those observing Rosh Hashanah).

$75 per group + $50 intake fee ($350 total for all 4 weeks). Contact us to learn more.
